Why I Do What I Do
After moving to Quadra from Vancouver, I quickly fell in love with the pace, the people, and the natural beauty of island life. I saw firsthand how challenging it can be for newcomers to navigate rural real estate — septic systems, wells, ferry schedules, zoning rules, and the unique island market.
I became a REALTOR® in 2014 in Vancouver. I felt like I could be more helpful to my clients than my real estate agent was to me when I was buying houses in Vancouver. Being here on Quadra Island I would like to use my local knowledge and life experience to help others make confident decisions and turn their island dream into reality.
